Here is the line, and it matters: the caregiver takes notes and reports back. They do not give medical opinions, interpret results, or make decisions. That stays with the family and the doctor, where it belongs.

This is non-medical home care. We do not provide nursing, medication administration, wound care, therapy or hands-on personal care. If that is what your family needs, we will point you toward a Medicare-certified home health agency, and plenty of families use both at once.
